It’s only available for a few months of the year, from about February to April. I can always tell what fruit is in season by the fruit peels found scattered along the sidewalks in town. I hope this post makes you salivate as much as it made me when I wrote it. Enjoy. This is the kimbop (Korean sushi) we ate on a mountainside with monks and other MITs (monks in training). This is an all-vegetarian buffet we stopped at for lunch with the group. It puts our salad bars and buffets to shame. Mmm silk worms. coming in close for a taste test.
