NOMADS X … July 21, 2018. See you there! The Nomads started playing Rock n Roll in 1963 in Brookville, Ohio. The original members were Doug Rasor (guitar/vocals), Jack Clemmons (guitar) and Bob Clemmons (drums). The band played many venues from Golden Gate park, to school dances in the area and were winners of several “battle of the band” competitions. By 1968, Mike and Doug were away at college and Tom and Gary where graduating from high school…. the band drifted apart.

Tuesday, 28 October 2014. 2015 edition - Ride to Conquer Cancer. It was inspiring to hear from the scientists at QIMR about the research that they do with the funding raised from the Ride to Conquer Cancer. The fact that those same scientists rode with us made it even more humbling. I'm happy to say that in 2015 I will again be doing the Ride to Conquer Cancer.
