Friday, December 27, 2013. 2013 was quite a year for me! Had lots of excuses for neglecting my blog a little bit.hehehe). In the beginning of the year I was definitely struggling in my weight loss I had gained back about 9lbs and found myself back up to 170 (I had gotten down to 161 summer of 2012). Saturday, June 29, 2013. Talked to someone today that inspired me to write this post. She was very frustrated that the scale was not moving. She said that she was working so hard, doing all kinds of new fitness activities, and said she has lost inches. But read that sentence again and look at all the positives. Working hard - that's awesome. You have a goal you are working towards. Losing inches - HELLO losing inches is awesome. Means you are building up your muscles and losing fat! So I stay the course.
