No More Than Four. Good Stuff Made Simply. This recipe will reliably deliver a delicious (and very good looking) loaf of rustic bread. Although ciabatta is Italian for slipper the shape that someone at some time thought the loaf resembled this loaf will be a bit taller, and perfectly fine for sandwiches if the need arises.
