View thru my eyes. Friday, July 28, 2006. A couple of problems arise when you are covering an event and it is raining, just like last Monday. You're careful not to get your precious camera wet. A digital camera can never be exposed to wet conditions. I used a 'ziploc' bag to cover the body of my camera. Another is moisture getting into your lens. Take note of the photo above. The IMAX theater at the Mall of Asia is getting booked for the its first week of screening. Even the toy convention I went to a couple of weeks back has Superman plastered all over. View thru my eyes. Friday, February 24, 2006. I was already at Edsa Shrine this morning at 8 am. It was quite and peaceful. But a group of protesters, led Bayan Sec-Gen Renato Reyes Jr and Rep Teddy Casiño went to the shrine. It was supposed to be peaceful gathering but the president ordered the dispersal of all rallyists. The police were just following orders, even those who had no dispersal battle gear and helmet. 30 minutes after the President's order came out, a dispersal ensued. Are bygones, bygones?
