What's up with the old folks
What's up with the old folks. Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Went to the gym today and tried to sweat off my butt. I tried, but it didn't seem to work too well. I started a contest at my gym. From now until December 15, I am on a team of 4. Our goal is to lose more weight and body fat then the other 3 teams. So my goal is to go to the gym at least 3 days a week. More if I can get myself more motivated. There's a little money involved. That's always a good motivator. I will keep you posted on my progress.
