Monday, February 13, 2012. This dish is so simple yet amazing. You can make it for parties or dinner. (Yes, my daughter and I just consumed the entire thing for dinner, sad I know.). 1 large can black beans, drained. 1 can white shoepeg corn, drained. 1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained (optional). Sunday, January 4, 2009. Messy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies. 6 cups peanut butter. 3 cups rice krispies. 3 cups chocolate rice krispies. 6 cups karo syrup. Mix peanut butter, sugar and karo syrup on the stove until well blended. (You can use the microwave, just be sure to check and stir every minute or so). Fold in the rice krispies until well covered. Spoon onto wax paper to cool. Note, you can use all plain or all chocolate rice krispies too. 1 small container of Cool Whip. 1 graham cracker pie crust.

Tuesday, June 23, 2015. These are so ridiculously delicious I could lick the pan. No joke. They are easy and great for a party or dinner. I know the ingredients are a little generic but you can figure those out depending on your particular taste and how much you are making. 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized chunks. 1 lb tail off shrimp. 2 Cut bacon slices into fourths. I leave this in the package and cut it because it is easier. 3 Wrap bacon around each bite of chicken or shrimp.
