Christians Aren't the Only Bad Drivers. Sadly, this wonderfully unique roadside memorial has fallen into disarray. The Jewish Star is almost indiscernible now that the upper triangle has fallen apart . Plus, the paint is badly weather-beaten. I guess, Ned's family decided it was time to let go and is simply leaving this monument to Mother Nature's wrath. So, folks, if you wanna see this really cool white cross, you better hurry . Sam's brother Bill Kinison makes an annual pilgrimage to the site of Sam's accident. There are no crosses or monuments there, but Bill knows exactly where the site is.
