The recipients of the Promise Award are selected by the teachers and counselors in each of the five Davenport High Schools:. Davenport Central, Davenport West, Davenport North, Mid City High School and Assumption High. We are currently providing two Promise Awards to each school. گردو ساییده شده 1 و 1/2 پیمانه. سبزی سرخ شده 500 گرم. رب انار 3 ق غ. گوشت چرخ شده 300 گرم. سبزی این خورشت دارای سبزی خالواش که از سبزیهای شمال کشور بوده و هم خانواده نعنا میباشدو برگ سیر با قرار زیر :. گشنیز 10 دسته . نعنا2 دسته . خالواش 1مشت . برگ چغندر15 دسته . جعفری10 دسته . برگ سیر 2 دسته . سیر یک بوته. پس از پاک کردن و شستن ، ریز خرد کرده (سبزی این خورشت باید بسیار نرم و ریز خرد شود ) و سیر را هم پاک و میکس کرده و به سبزی می افزاییم تا با سبزی سرخ شود. ذرت خشک 5 ق س. نمک 1 ق چ. میان وعده سالم و سریع.
