Sauce for the Goose: January 2014
http://goosesauce.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Sauce for the Goose. Musings of a frazzled mom, wife, student, and traveller through life in an itty bitty town. More reading for pleasure. Lately it seems I only read for class, or inane crap on the internet. While there's plenty of delightful entertainment out there, there's also plenty of timesuck. I do also read articles on subjects that interest me, but I feel my patience for long-form literature waning with each bite-sized blurb. I need to rebuild stamina. More writing for pleasure. I HATE WINTER&#...

A Lifetime of Dubious Success: June 2010
http://alifetimeofdubioussuccess.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
A Lifetime of Dubious Success. I'm living the dream. The really, really weird dream. I planned this poorly. This is a pretty lousy post to put this blog on pause, but, well, I'm leaving for Thailand in a few hours. I'll check you in August. My cousins are getting married tomorrow and invited all the guests to be the wedding band. So I said hey Brandon. You wanna play sax and I'll sing this song? So we got our cousin (who is an amazing professional musician) to play that and another bossa nova standard.

Sauce for the Goose. Musings of a frazzled mom, wife, student, and traveller through life in an itty bitty town. As I tick projects off my list, I am renewing my own focus on reading and writing for pleasure. Nora over at Chez Pez. Unwittingly tipped me off to Think Kit, so I joined the party late, but will use the prompts to kickstart my own narcissistic writing efforts! Nothing like a strict word count to kick off our month of blogging.just kidding! Or are you the King of Selfies? The Frugal Life News.

Sauce for the Goose: September 2014
http://goosesauce.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Sauce for the Goose. Musings of a frazzled mom, wife, student, and traveller through life in an itty bitty town. All roads lead home. I'm sitting on the patio of our camping chalet at Camping Het Amsterdamse Bos, enjoying a cool breeze, watching the bunnies swarm the grounds, and wondering where the last two weeks have flown. We have had adventure and misadventure, climbed the Scottish midlands and strolled the North Sea beach at Den Haag, and as much as we have enjoyed it, we are ready to be home. They ...

Sauce for the Goose. Musings of a frazzled mom, wife, student, and traveller through life in an itty bitty town. Sometime in the past twenty years or so, it became de rigueur for a restaurant server to check in with a table after the food arrives, and ask, "How is everything tasting? This has irritated me from the first time I ever heard it. I could never quite put my finger on why it bothers me so much. Does it focus too much on the food and not enough on the rest of the dining experience? It was a head...

A Year of Dubious Success: January 2008
http://ayearofdubioussuccess.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
A Year of Dubious Success. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU'VE SUCCEEDED AT LIFE? Here's my attempt to quantify the unquantifiable: five posts a week, charting successes and failures as I try to be an actor, an artist, and a decent human being. Probably not in that order. Thursday, January 31, 2008. I think this is an official mark of success. Originally uploaded by misterarnie. My friend Evan packed Schuba's last night, then proceeded to charm the pants off everyone. Evan: (exuberantly, between songs) THANKS!

Believe,Live Well,Laugh Often & Love Much: The Conclusion
http://believelivelaughlove.blogspot.com/2010/03/conclusion.html
Believe,Live Well,Laugh Often and Love Much. Wednesday, March 31, 2010. OK, It has been some time since my last post. SORRYLife has been kind of nuts. I wanted to jump right back in with the conclusion of the Pinewood Derby. The boys were back in the garage the next morning. They had the body of the car all cut out and the sanding was complete. They weighed it, and they decided that it was time to add some weight. Oh know that would be too easy. Looking sharp and fast. READY FOR THE RACE. We all held our...
