It’s our life not yours…. Day 2 in Cancun. December 31, 2008. Well, we spent this morning attending a Vacation Club presentation. It wasn’t even at the hotel we were staying at, it was a different! We ended up at this restaurant a few blocks down from the main strip. We were sold with the buy one drink get the second one free! The food was wonderful…the service was absolutely crappy! It’s our life not yours…. Day 4 hanging out at the resort…. January 2, 2009. So this was our day to hang out at the resort…except that we didn’t hang out at our own resort. We had a free pass to another resort and ended up going over there. Why you ask? Because it was FREE (included food and drinks) and we had vouchers for two back massages and two facials. Travis’ continued recovery from his elbow surgeries. 8211; Celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. 8211; Taking another vacation. 8211; Me surviving going back to schoolone class at a time. 8211; More trips to the snow. It’s our life not yours…. Day 3 Isla Mujeres. January 1, 2009. We took a day trip out to Isla Mujeres today. To get out to Isla Mujeres we had to catch a boat at one of the Marinas. However, since we didn’t want to take another Taxi, we thought we’d give the bus a shot. OMG! The bus was definitely cheap, but you totally have to be prepared for the fact that they drive the buses like they’re jet pilots!
