There are only 6 of us girl cousins on my dad's side of the family and every year for about 5 years now we have made it a tradition to get together and have a little luncheon at one of our homes. Sunday, January 30, 2011. Snowing at 65 degrees. Though we've had some unusually warm and beautiful days we decided to take a little trip up to the snow. We've taken Zechy every year since he was a baby so we couldn't let this season pass w/o at least 1 trip. The only place that seemed to have it right now was the very tip of Mt. Baldy. The luxaries of SoCal living I tell ya! Just a 20 min drive and you're in a whole new world! Here's Riah decked out in his snow gear ready to play! Taking in the scenery.

I never had a doubt in my mind that our sweet little boy would embrace being a big brother but honestly his love and enthusiasm for his little sister already in this stage of he game is beyond ADORABLE! He talks to her all the time, hugs her, kisses my tummy and says "I love you baby". Each night when he goes to bed he always says "Night dadda, night mama.night baby".MELT! Love his face here! And here.don't think I have ever witness such pure innocent love like this before.

Since mom isn't really in the spirit of much these days other then vomiting that is, we skipped the family tradition of dressing up as a theme and I let him pick out his own costume.this is what he chose:. He seriously thought he was Batman, no joke, his whole demeanor changed when he put that costume on, it was adorable! At his class party. Trick or treating around school. Friday, October 28, 2011.
