If you love baking, and you are looking for learning French pastries with French way, here you are. NoriNoir's kitchen can hold easily 10 people, but it is not a demonstration, I propose small groups so that everybody can participate and enjoy learning! For now no lesson can be held as we have some constructions. Thank you for your comprehension. Leçon de Macarons Caramel au Beurre Salé et Macarons Ganache Framboise. I'm Nori Thompson. I love working with my tiny hands; arts and crafts, playing piano, painting, sketching, and a little bit of sewing, but my real passion is baking! Until I started play tennis in 2015. Playing tennis became a part of my life and family activity so far. Arrived in the US summer 2012, lived in NC for 3 years. I was born in Japan, lived in Europe; Brussels for a year, Frankfurt for 3.5 years, and in France (Paris and Toulouse) for 12 years. Now I am here in Cincinnati/Mason OH.

NoriNoir Bakery and more. Sweets are science, and also music…. Oats and Corn Flake Crisps. I was 19 years old. First time flew to the US. It was a summer vacation period. I stayed with an American family near Boston for a month. It was a student group came from all over Japan, studied English every morning, stayed with each host family in a town called Hull. My host family was 4: Dad, Mom, 12 year-old girl, and 8 year-old son. It was so much fun. I thought it was the best cookies ever, but just too sweet.

My daughter Erin loves picking ripe figs everyday. My husband was away for his business trip to Florida, I am allergic to fresh figs, kids couldn’t finish eating fresh so much, I wanted some other things than I made recently, and my neighbor lady makes the best fig jam ever…. Preheat the oven to 120 C (245 F).

But As I know, the people usually use measuring cups for baking in the USA, I try to add the measurement of using cups by googling them. I have to say that it does not come exactly same amount.
