Learning to walk again. It just doesn’t make sense. August 13, 2015. August 14, 2015. No matter how hard I try. I fail. I didn’t even eat much and I gained weight. Do you know that water actually has calories? That it’s just a low number that it doesn’t matter. That fact is the calories are every where. Today I did a lot of cooking and I have resisted the temptation to eat any of it. That I guess is good. But today I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 127.6. I’m so fat! It’s been a week.
