Fine Dining at Home. May 12, 2012. Beef Rendang with Asian Salad. I have to say that Beef Rendang is my favourite Thai/Malaysian curry. I also believe its the easiest to make. Just a few ingredients blended together, slowly cooked in coconut milk and a humble piece of beef becomes something to die for. Never again will we be having a boring beef casserole! 2 Stalks Lemongrass, 3 large shallots, 1/2 bunch coriander( inc roots), 1hp tsp ginger and garlic, 1 chilli, 1 Tsp coriander, turmeric, cumin. 2) Fry ...

Fine Dining at Home. May 7, 2012. Orange Polenta Cake with Ricotta and Honey ice cream. This delightful little orange syrup drenched cake is a hit at any time of day. I married it together with a basil and mint syrup. 15 tsp Baking Powder. Zest of an orange. 100g icing sugar, juice of two oranges. Zest of a lemon and orange. 2 Tbsp Orange Liqueur(optional). 4) For the ...

Fine Dining at Home. April 29, 2012. Posh Roast Lamb Dinner. This gallery contains 1 photo. Lamb and mint are a match made in heaven. Fine Dining at Home. May 13, 2012. Rose Infused Polenta Cake, Pistachio Ice Cream. Ok, ok so I didn’t make another cake especially, but transformed another half of the polenta cake I had made a few days earlier. This time I made a rose syrup to moisten the cake even more, sat it on a pomegranate molasses syrup and topped with pistachio ice cream. If only there were some left and I could go and get some now. 3 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp rose water. 100g liquid glucose or sugar. Laquo; Previous post. Looks really ...

Fine Dining at Home. May 21, 2012. I decided to give a Heston classic a go at home. Obviously it’s not just a big Orange! Patience. 6) Set aside in the fridge for the parfaits to defrost. About 4 hours. Laquo;...

Just not too happy about the way the Gallery has ordered itself. It sometimes leaves gaps in between the photos. I believed I would be able click and drag, if only life was so simple.
