NCWP Rules and Regulations. Hydrolic Project Aproval (HPA) are not allowed on any NCWP claims other than the new Golden Meadow Placer and Horse Bend Placer claims. Camping is limited to 2 weeks at a time on a single claim (US Forest Service rule). You may move to another claim and start another 2 weeks stay. Equipment check out is limited to 7 days.
