Tarka Dog Training Club. Tarka DTC is a small Kennel Club registered dog training club, which holds Kennel Club Licensed agility competitions in the North Devon area. Tarka DTC was initially set up by a group of obedience handlers to hold obedience competitions but was about to cease existence due to lack of interest.
