Kusawa Lake and Lake Laberge. Lake trout muscle samples have been collected from Kusawa Lake and Lake Laberge for the past 20 years. These sample have been analysed for a range of organic compounds (organochlorines, PCBs, flame retardants and flourinated organochlorines)and heavy metals (Mercury, Selenium, Arsenic) Mercury levels are below Canada’s recommended levels for commercial sale for both lakes. 2166 - 2nd Avenue. 2016 Northern Contaminants CYFN.
