The Lions Wilderness Experience is for anybody, any age, from any walk of life, who copes with personal challenges or special needs and is sponsored by a Lions Club. SK Lions Ride for Dog Guides. Operation Red Nose - SK. SK Lions Eye Bank. Lions Foundation of Canada. The original concept of the Lions Wilderness Experience belongs to Ted Ohlsen. Who after being blinded in a hunting accident in 1960, became Canada's first blind outfitter in 1965. In 1985 Ted rebuilt his Northern Lights Lodge.

Operation Red Nose - SK. SK Lions Eye Bank. Lions Foundation of Canada. Guest accommodations are in six individual spacious (24' X 38'), two bedroom, carpeted and heated log type cabins with cedar furniture and a sundeck.
