Monday, 30 March 2015. Taken on a lovely spring evening. I really like the soft lighting. The ice had only been out for 2-3 weeks. No leaves on the trees yet. I bet these kids were really shivering. Thursday, 26 March 2015. Wednesday, 4 March 2015. This is an image of the side of the old Commanda Country Store which now serves as a museum. Tuesday, 11 November 2014. Summertime and the living is easy. Each summer for many years 3 couples have plied the waters of Lake Kipawa in the 42 ft houseboat owned by one of the couples. Each couple brings a gourmet dish for each of the three nights. We enjoy good food, good wine and a wonderful time together. Thursday, 6 November 2014. A dreary rainy,cool day deserves a dark,brooding rendition of the front of this old house. Tuesday, 4 November 2014. I am not ready to go yet. Saturday, 1 November 2014.

Tuesday, 24 February 2015. When I was working Judy and I would get away annually to The Sand Castle on Jost Van Dyke Island for a week wearing only a t-shirt, hat and a bathing suit. Each morning I would walk barefoot on the beach and enjoy the ocean rushing around my feet. There has been sickness in the family which has taken all of my attention for the last three months. Thursday, 25 June 2015. We visited this old lighthouse last October. It was raining and the lichens on the rocks were so treacherous underfoot that we only got a few shots each.
