Sunday, February 13, 2011. A Much Needed Break. This weekend I was given a much needed break. Adam and the kids stayed home and for the first time in 7 months I slept through the night alone. I was scrap booking for the weekend at my parents house just the ladies no kids. it was heaven! On Saturday I actually slept in until 6:00 (am) I know that doesn't seem like sleeping in, but I got 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep! Then on Sunday morning I was able to sleep in until 9am! Monday, January 16, 2012. Sneak Peek at Sea World. The first thing we did when getting to Sea World was get in line to feed the dolphins. It was an awesome experience and was something I am so glad I got on "film." I hope the kids look back on this and think it was really cool even when they are teenagers! The shows were fantastic and I have a ton of pictures from those as well as other things we did! It was a GREAT day with great weather and some pretty great kids who were just great! I have a ton of pictures to post, but my house is in upheaval with lots of toys and some switching around that we are doing, so I haven't been able to do much with the pictures. Brian's family was in town for the last week, so I didn't spend a lot of time on the computer since we always seemed to be on the go or having fun with them. Rest assured that I took pictures though! Thursday, June 23, 2011. For a bit of time on Tuesday, I thought this photo would be one of the last ones taken of my mom. My sister had called and was sobbing. I won't go into the details of that phone call, but for a split second, I thought she was already gone and the world stopped. Right now, she is in the ICU and they are still unsure of what went wrong. Doctors can't agree and we are waiting on tests. She's able to speak now and is in stable condition, albeit still critical.
