Saturday, February 2, 2013. From Out of the Mist. After a multi-year absence (how embarrassing.my apologies to anyone who actually follows/followed this blog while I was living in the Mid-West! Fate has apparently decided it's time for me to shake the dust off my tools and get back in the studio, hopefully once again as a teacher for a local art center. Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Foot in the Door 4 @ MIA. It was exciting, fun, and claustrophobic all at the same time.fortunately, my sister and a friend came with me so I didn't have to face the crowds alone. For work throughout the exhibit (everything is numbered, so work is suprisingly easy to find). The kiln was already cool enough in the morning to unload. I took that as a scary sign. Usually I need to wait until about 9pm to unload. Granted, it was a light load.
