Clay Adams was born in 1959, which he claims was about 50 years too late. The reincarnation of a 1920s barnstormer, he grew up in a family where aviation was considered a family value. He soloed the familys Piper J-3 Cub when he was just sixteen years old (an airplane he still owns today,) and has now logged more than 27,000 flight hours in 106 different aircraft types!
