Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Sylvia is 21 months. Sylvia is 21 months old and less like a baby everyday. We're going from words to small sentences. She is so much fun to be around! Weighs about 24 pounds. She's still very tall. Wears size 5 shoes. Wears 18-24 month clothes. Wears size 4 diaper. Talks in short sentences. Can count 1,2,9,10. Loves to fold her hands to pray when she goes to sleep. Sleeping great: 12 hours at night and 2-3 hour nap during the day. She loves to collect things. A New Day Rises.

The Road to Portland 26.2. Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Week one in the books! It is tradition in Bloomsday to throw your unwanted clothes at the start line in the tree to be donated! The Church that always has their bells ringing and choir singing as the race is always on a Sunday! Carrying the Flag the whole 7.4 miles! This is a picture of the hill of all hills called Doomsday Hill. Here is another shot of the hill. Another Bloomsday tradition, the Vulture at the top of the hill to greet you! A Day in the Life.

Monday, October 13, 2014. Sylvia - 16 months old. Sylvia is 16 months old! The biggest change this month has been her vocabulary. She had been following directions for some time but she is trying to say so many words now. Most of the time we can't understand her but she babbles in her own language all the time! Tuesday, August 12, 2014. Sylvia is 14 months old. Everyone says that your baby changes so much in the first year. While I agree, it is true, I'm amazed how much Sylvia has grown and changed in the past 2 months. She is great at walking, and has pretty good balance. She falls, gets back up and rarely cries. She has also started to run, and it's hilarious to watch. She is so determined to get places quickly. Sylvia gives "love" to everyone and everything. She is full of spunk, but she's oh so sweet.

Friday, November 14, 2014. Sylvia is 17 months old. We officially have a toddler on our hands. She's running and trying to talk. Sylvia's favorite thing to do is play with her dolls. She carries them, kisses them and pushes them in the stroller. A day in the life of Sylvia. 7-8 am wake up. Sippy of milk and breakfast (eggs, toast, yogurt). Play or class: music, dance and or mops.
