Thursday, 30 June 2016. After a hiatus from kayaking and blog writing Not-So-Substantial has returned and in what better a place than the idyllic Durance valley. With cheap beer, endless sunshine and some of the greatest continuous sections of whitewater I've ever paddled the Durance valley is a great location for a budding ladscout trying to replenish a passion for the sport which has seen me boating all over Europe. Sweet lines and Good Times! A bag of wine makes the best front airbag (Once drunk).
