Ot too sweet, honey. Ganz ohne Zucker nach Belieben. Jeden Tag Kuchen verzehren, soviel man möchte. Und dabei ein gutes Gefühl haben. That's it. Kuchen, die herzlich wenig oder gar keinen Zucker haben und sehr gut verträglich sind, das ist meine Devise. So ist meine Vorstellung vom guten Kuchen. PS: this is a work in progress! Apfelkuchen in der Tarteform. Ich denke mir tausenderlei Möglichkeiten aus, guten Kuchen zu backen. Ganz einfach not too sweet, honey. Cheers!

Monday, July 20, 2015. Not Too Sweet: Kindred Spirits. A few days ago I was at work and I decided to sit with a co-worker of mine. I had bought some sweet things I probably shouldn't have been having. He looked at the label and said that he couldn't have that. He told me he was diabetic. He got diagnosed a month ago. He has to take Metformin and a few other pills. Kinda (I only take Metformin.). It sounds simple but it seems hard. If it comes from a lab, then it will take a lab to get it out of me.".

Monday, September 19, 2011. The day before my class' performance, we watched 2 Commitment's play, which was fantastic! Their actions and feelings were all well coordinated, and they did not really forget their lines.
