I'M NOT A DUMB BELL. Thursday, October 4, 2007. Question How many times can one start over? Answer Till one gets it right. So here I am again, not sure what my weight is for today, but a couple of days ago I weighed in at 233.4 lb's. So I would imagine. That I'm somewhere in that ball park give or take a pound or two butt naked. Even so I'll weigh in before going to bed and again at the start of my day. Anyway, I'll weigh in tomorrow. And I'll start my video blog today. Water (Raving up to drink a glass).

I'M NOT A DUMB BELL. Monday, August 27, 2007. Update, nothing new to report, I'm still waiting for my cholesterol test to be taken, still eating everything I want. I have all my exercise equipment together. Still preparing mentally. I'm still reading chapter 3, I wasn't kidding when I said this was going to be a slow read. But pacing isn't without reason and so I'm ok with it. Ending on a high note, at least for me, laugh! I have ankles today. I can tell you, (Excuse my Farm lingo.). You are a crack up.

I'm bigger now than I ever have been, I haven't weighed in, but the need to confirm what I already know to be the truth just isn't there. I'm going to start a vidoe blog called Changing face. I'M NOT A DUMB BELL. Friday, July 27, 2007. Beach towel size, instead regular bath towels that against my nakedness look no bigger than a wash cloth. It's I who keeps putting road blocks in my way. Me, who feels as though I could move mountains and yet when I turn around, all I've. Shifted is tiny gains of salt, pour water on it and it disappears, taste it and you know it was there, kind of like the evidence that proves to myself that I had lost 11 lbs. Only now all that remains of that is a memory.

Not a Dumb Belle

Thursday, October 25, 2012. Today was a great last day for the detox. My engergy was high, the headaches disapeared, and I feel light as a feather. For breakfast today I used yesterdays smoothie recipe but added a whole banana, definitely a good decision. Lunch was just as good as my morning smoothie. I cooked up some wild rice and stir fried half an onion, half a green bell pepper, half a red ball pepper, and 3 cloves of garlic in about 1 TBS of olive oil. I felt great today. 1/2 Cups Frozen Mango Chunks.
