I love live music. This is our house! Or, our maybe house. We are in escrow (again) but things are looking good thus far. The inspection went well and there are no major problems with the house. We actually are getting a MUCH better house (at least once we clean it - it's GROSS). Our estimated close date is May 19th - so hopefully nothing goes wrong before then.
