Monday, October 22, 2012. Fun at Monkey Joe's! We had a great time with the kiddos at Monkey Joe's on Sunday. In addition to Lily, William and Emilia, we were also joined by cousins Mary and Katie! I think all the kids had a great time and were wiped by the end of the day! William was super excited that he was now big enough to go on all the inflatables. Most of his adventures were accentuated with an "I did it! Emmy is a walking fool! Climbing to new heights as a three-year-old. Lily, Mary and Katie.

Wednesday, April 25, 2012. At long last (well, not that long I guess since we haven't even lived here three years yet), we have replaced all our windows. Friday, February 08, 2013. Needles, needles and more needles! One of our kitchen counters has been converted to a make-shift pharmacy. One of the little shelves in the fridge is now dedicated to medications that have to be kept cold. I'm currently giving myself two shots in the abdomen every day (to be upped to three on Saturday - woo hoo! Sunday, March 25, 2012. Our first USDAA trial. I didn't have much of an idea of what to expect, so we only entered one run (most of the dogs were entered in several different categories), so we spent much of the morning watching the other dogs compete, but it was a good learning experience. Mostly it's something we both enjoy doing, so while I don't think it's something we'll ever travel far or wide to do or be super competitive in, I don't think this will be our last trial.
