Monday, July 30, 2012. A Wonderful Day for a Birthday. Wow, did I ever enjoy myself as we celebrated my special day with family. At this point in life, it's no treat thinking of "another year older", but with family around who can complain! Mom enjoying tea and scones. Delicious scones made by Karissa. I have noticed how life is centered on media and without it, life would be so much different. One example is the effectiveness of news and how much it dictates what is important to society. . I think this class is important to become an aware consumer of media and I know that I have definitely become more aware by the content that I have learned so far.
