Sunday, August 31, 2014. A few weeks ago, I was really sad about summer and August coming to an end. However, that all changed very quickly! The girls started getting bored, restless and were in need of some SERIOUS structure. Thankfully Sonoma started Preschool last week, but we are looking forward to PDO starting this week and having a full, real, week of what our Fall life and schedule is going to be like! Saturday, June 29, 2013. What I've been up to. . . It's been a really long time since I last posted, so I wanted to give y'all an update. I have realized that I don't have the time right now that I envision one day devoting to this blog! I wasn't able to run the half marathon due to exclusively breastfeeding Cora, and not being able to be away from her. It was just too soon, and I'm perfectly okay with that. There will always be another race to sign up for! I hope everyone is having a fun, healthy summer!

Thursday, July 30, 2015. We finally had the chance to check out two waterparks last week! First up was Raging Waves. (largest in the state of Illinois! It was completely crowded and overwhelming! Marcus and I would have loved to go down some of the huge waterslides, but the lines were really long. The girls had a fun time in the kids area and we also all went down the lazy river together. I honestly don't know how people with multiple children keep track of them at that place! And got sprayed by Daddy!

We are already in full on Christmas mode, but here is a re-cap of our fantastic Thanksgiving holiday at my Parents' home in Bloomington, Indiana. It doesn't matter how old you are, it always feels SO good to be home. There's no place like it! I just love my parents' fireplace. I spent most of my holiday right here.
