Feel Great, Live Your Dreams and Create a Better World. My First Roast Goose. April 13, 2011. I roasted a goose for the first time yesterday.It was also the first time that I ever tried goose. DELICIOUS! Not on my watch! Of course, I saved all the fat I could, since cooking with it makes things taste so good. I’ll definitely be cooking a goose again, but I’ll probably make a few changes to my method. I’d like to try cooking it all day at an even lower temperature. Creating a Better World.
