http://heleninprague.blogspot.com/2009/09/off-to-plzen-for-pilsner.html

Sunday, September 20, 2009. All for some pilsner. Today, some friends and I woke early and took a bus to Plzeň to visit the Pilsner. Beer factory. I actually have no great passion for beer, and Pilsner is my least favorite (because it's so strong and bitter! But we're all here to try new things, right? I've never been to a beer factory before, so at least I can check that off my list. :). Drinking fresh Pilsner in the cellar. Bottles lining the restaurant where we ate. I know.weak.). Spiraling Upward

January 20, 2009. This very cold weather sucks the moisture out of our lungs which is why we’re told to wrap a muffler around our nose and mouth when we go outside. So you might put a pot of water or tea kettle on once or twice a day! Tags: cold weather warning. Posted in Health Matters. January 20, 2009. We went to a second site where...

Mauckingbird’s “Dream”. Leave a comment ». Midsummer Night’s Dream. Aug 20-Sept. 12, 2010. Randall Theater at Temple University. Mauckingbird’s mission with a few surgical incisions to the script makes it easy to see Shakespeare’s jousting love struck couples in the magic forest as two girls and two guys together and why not. The play runs without intermission. Pinnock’s Bottom overplays the comedy; the girl has promise; we’ll be seeing her again. She lights the black box. Written by Lesley Valdes. Rothk...
