Monday, August 19, 2013. Why I love Sleep Cycle. Falling asleep, staying asleep and sleeping well has long been a battle for me. I am a total princess about my sleeping environment because of it (sorry, Jay! All of these factors are important. I never get to sleep at an appropriate time, or stay asleep throughout the night. When my alarm goes off in the morning, it is one of three meant to get me out of bed by six am, feeling less than rested and refreshed. Then I found Maciek Drejak Labs's Sleep Cycle.

Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Weeknight dish: Fish, corn and chorizo grill packets. I love grill packets. So much. I can't begin to express the easy and spectacular dishes that can be created this way. Tonight I used Tilapia in this dish from Real Simple. I really enjoyed the spicy flavor the chorizo infused in the fish and the fresh taste the basil provided.
