We had a week without school, due to snow and its just been crazy! We had our first ever Saturday school and we have to go tomorrow as well. I just wanted to share a couple of pictures from the past few weeks:. Bryson looks pretty happy with his IPOD touch, but he was more excited over some new flavors of Glucose Tabs!

She thought everything looked really good, and that we are still in the honeymoon phase probably. She also told us that come March, when we go back, to be ready to discuss PUMPS! We told her we had it narrowed down pretty much. Unless insurance costs change it majorly, we will be picking the Medtronic! Yes, a 7.2! December 7, 2010 at 4:27 PM.

We went for a little "adventure" and went to Promontory Point. Where the "East and West Joined" the country together by railroad. Our first stop was at ATK. Formally known as Thiokol. Its so secret and scary. . . . This freaks me out! What's really creepy is that most of these displays are from things made in the 50's! A fun, cold adventure!

Sure, we have had plenty of stomach viruses come through our family.but this is the first since the big "D". Holy Large Keytones and low blood sugars! A 16 or so hour stay and lots of fluids and Zofran and glucose drips and on the way home we go! That was an experience I hope we don't have again for a while.

Earlier in the week I read a post written by Bruce Knox, Principal of an International School in South Korea about the last of change and the 'same same' 'merry-go-around' nature of what is happening in education. Where have all the brave educators gone was the question? Over and over again, year after year? Why are talking about new skills for the 21st century - when we are 16 years into the 21st century? How could students benefit if we as educators stood up and took that brave step?
