When The Husband was diagnosed with cancer nearly 4 years ago, I indulged in a fair bit of retail therapy – this is my regular therapy of choice – the ante had been upped. It looked pretty damn delicious, so I decided to be really brave (cough) and try it out. I had to look on youtube for a video demonstration. It Was. Deeeeeeeelcious! So quick, easy and what’s more CHEAP! Into the blender I chucked. Small handful of pumpkin seeds.
