One foot out the door. But it's cold outside…. Long time since i’d last blogged…. February 7, 2013. Last week i went swimming for the first time this year, and for the first time in at least 3 months and something strange happened. I started swimming as normal and for 2 or lenths at a time, i stopped as usual to take a breather. A thought came back to me of something my girlfriend said about when i’m running. I indulged in some internet shopping instead, and have ordered myself a fitbit surge. I’ve been using the Ki Fit. Yesterday I walked to work, then had a wonderfully restorative 9 hours in bed!
