We can eat as many sugary fillings as we like and not feel guilty. So allow me answer the question on everyone’s lips…. HOW CAN I MAKE THE PERFECT PANCAKE? Heat the pan and add a small knob of butter, let it melt… then add a thin layer of batter that covers the entire base of the pan. Happy Pancake Day Ladies!
