I have a new innovation that I want to share with you. It is called "Gum Day". Gum Day is Friday and it goes like this. Your chores have to be done and your bed made. You are then given your own pack of gum. You choose from one of the packs that is available and you cannot change your mind after it is opened.

Today was quite an interesting day. My doctor had called me yesterday and asked if I could come in today for some blood work. The concern was that my estrogen was still not high enough. Heaven help me if I needed any more! So, after the blood draw, we all went about our daily business. Just as we walked in the door, my phone rang.

The zen of the egg hunt. Still infertile after all these years. What else do I say? I keep having to remind myself that this is a DE baby. I have no doubt that eventually it’ll kick me in the ass and I’ll have to deal with whatever feelings come up, but all i know is that soon I’m going to have a baby… MY baby.
