Life after pregnancy loss. August 9, 2016. August 9, 2016. By this time next week, my husband and I will know if I’m pregnant again. Am I ever going to be excited again? Or will I just feel anxious and full of dread from now on? I feel like an idiot. My husband is excited and I feel apathetic at best when I’m not freaking out. They were not tears of joy… they were tears of terror. I quickly got my shit together as I saw how excited and happy my husband was. Why can’t I have that? Inside, I’m still pretty messed up.
