More Then a Vegetarian. Not Quite a Vegan. Monday, January 24, 2011. That stuff called tofu. When I use to eat meat, I always thought of tofu as "that weird vegetarian stuff", well maybe I was right because now that I am a vegetarian, I eat it! Not Quite a Teardown. On to house #2! The new challenge: take a 1953, 2400 sq. ft. ranch house in Arlington, VA and turn it into a two-story, 4800 sq. ft. Craftsman style house.
