The afternoon session included additional speakers, but this time we were able to go off location from the hotel and visited the American Club, which was about a 10 min bus ride. Today's topic was sustainability and our group traveled by bus to the other side of Shanghai for our meeing at the Aurora Plaza in the Pudong area (the financial district of the city). It's funny you mention Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom when describing lunch. There is another scene in that movie, and for a second I thought you were going to go there. :-).
