Not Your Average Runner. Not Your Average Runner. I’m Jill Angie, and I’m the resident running coach at Not Your Average Runner. When I first started running in 1998, I wanted to lose weight. Running was simply a means of efficiently burning calories. It wasn’t fun, and it felt like punishment. And of course, I didn’t stick with it. Over the years I started and stopped a number of times. I'm not your average running princess! But, I am running in the 5th annual Disney Princess Half-marathon in Florida on February 24th.
