Jom bersantai bersama Nour. Sunday, 19 August 2012. Rendang daging. alahai, kecur air liur. Nour memang suke sesangat. Tak lengkap raye kalau tak makan rendang daging. So, alhamdulillah, malam tadi sempat buat. Habis memasak dan kemas dapur, dah pukul 2.30pagi. Adehhhh.pasal berkobar-kobarlah semangat nak makan rendang daging, turun dapur sampai tak ingat jam. 1/2 kg daging batang pinang (kiub kecil-kecil atau sesuka hati). 1/2 sudu besar asam jawa dicampur setengah cawan air. 1 batang serai dititik.
