I started this Adelaide-based group in 2010, because I wasn't meeting novelists at other groups, and writing a long fiction work has its own challenges. When I occasionally plucked up the courage to talk to other writers at literary events, it was a delight and I wanted more of those experiences. Proudly powered by Weebly.

Quick Rides (short stories). Creating a work of fiction isn't all imagination. Turning those ideas and rough words into a saleable manuscript is a process that involves a collection of support people, some of whom don't even know how vital they are. These people impart life, wisdom, inspire me, provide moral support, participate in brainstorming sessions over a cuppa, and encouraged me to never give up. June 29, 2011 · 2:20 am. Boys Don’t Cry. We just don’t. I do not cry often. That’s probably not the greatest confession to make. It’s such a powerful emotion.
