design diffuse: Things to do in Salt Lake City, Utah - Belgian Waffles and Frites

Friday, April 15, 2011. Things to do in Salt Lake City, Utah - Belgian Waffles and Frites. Ok For starters, let it be known that I am not a "breakfast person." Not really, anyway. And, growing up I hated pancakes. Waffles were okay, but nothing spectacular. That being said, I have changed my ways. Secondhand Star: Inspired by Pucci
http://secondhandstaronline.blogspot.com/2011/07/inspired-by-pucci.html
Monday, July 18, 2011. I've always been a fan of Pucci-esque patterns. And when I saw this dress hanging on the vintage rack at Rag-O-Rama back in the spring, I knew it was coming home with me. And so we did! Noa B and Tanya D.

So we decided to give it a classic, SHS makeover! Step 1: Cut the hem, leaving hem "allowance for folding over. (We cut off nearly a foot). And here's the result! Pearl bead...
