The wheat free bars available in the supermarkets are very expensive and not very substantial. Nigella's breakfast bars seem to be the answer, filling and I know exactly what's in them. The original recipe can be found on Nigella's website. The Recipe is flexible and I can add this and that to keep the bars from getting boring. 1 large tin of condensed milk.
