Friday, September 6, 2013. Happy Fall (well, technically it is still summer)! Gabe started kindergarten this year! We are still homeschooling, so our preparations for the start of school included choosing curriculums and a schedule. Gabe's subjects include: reading/phonics, math, art, science, geography, cooking and handwriting. Materials include:. Primary Mathematics (Singapore Math). Explode the Code (Phonics). For art, but Gabe is also taking an art class too. Also considering DK Children's Bible.

Now I'm Running. When a non-runner starts to run. January 30, 2014. So the 2013 holiday season has passed and I barely made it to the gym. Unless you count shopping trips to the mall as a form of excercise, my visits to the gym were sporadic. I did get to enjoy weeks family-filled events that were memorable but it took my “me time” and I’m finally gettinf that back.
