A view over the handlebars. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Some firsts for me. Foul weather returns tomorrow so it may be back to Gold's Gym for the next ride, yuck. Im trying to gain weight and had to add metamucil to my protein drink, to keep things balanced, but In and Out is much better, Ill admit! Nice to hear from you Tyler. The gasses given off during welding are largely hydrogen fluoride. This attacks the tissues of the throat and lungs as it turns into hydrofluoric acid on contact with an aqueous environment. RA's projects will get done first and then I will be laying out the frame in the garage to support the hull. It has to be level, flat, plumb and dimensionally accurate within a quarter inch from stem to stern. The frame won't be a lot different than building a raise bed garden frame to start. Despite years of effort, my own covert prejudices still exist. For example, I once had the thought, “what if one of my kids turned out to be bisexual? Well, I would hope they would choose to marry an opposite-sex partner, all other things being equal.” This bothers me. I thought I was done with homophobia. Well, first I admit I watch. I have a long way to go.
