Tuesday, September 09, 2008. I'm spending much more time, in the studio, then I have in a long time. My songs are progressing very well. I should have some demos up to play on myspace by this weekend. I haven't been as good as I would have liked with not communicating with everyone. But for now I'm trying not to initiate anymore conversations for a while. I'm going to begin my sitting meditation again. It's been a while since I've done zazen. It will be good practice.
